Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition that affects millions of men worldwide, yet it ains shrouded in stigma and silence. If you are in Gurgaon and searching for effective, compassionate, and holistic care, Dr. Manu Rajput at Sidri International offers a beacon of hope through his expertise in Ayurvedic sexology.

Understanding Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is the persistent inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. While it is more common in older men, it is increasingly affecting younger individuals due to rising stress levels, lifestyle changes, and underlying health conditions like diabetes. The causes of ED can be physical, psychological, or a combination of both. Physical factors may include poor blood circulation, hormonal imbalances, or nerve damage, while psychological contributors often involve anxiety, depression, or performance pressure.

Continuing Education: A Conduit to a New Career

The average Canadian will work in approximately three different career fields and eight jobs in their lifetime, according to Human Resources and Skills Development Canada. Depending on what they studied in post-secondary, that could entail two fields and six jobs they have not received training for.

So what is the key to unlocking access to these alternative employment opportunities that are awaiting you? Some would argue it is continuing education.

Whether you are currently in a successful position but want to develop your skills further, or in an industry where recent layoffs have made your job security questionable, or new to the job market—as a fresh-faced graduate or perhaps a newcomer to Canada—retraining can put you on course toward a new career.

Through education and career experience, you attain an arsenal of transferable skills (e.g. communication, time management) that can help make any career transition smoother. But these transferable, “soft” skills may not be enough considering the current demand for specific, “hard” skills in a crowded job market.

With many Canadians switching fields throughout their careers, there is understandably a perceived skills gap between what job seekers bring to the table from previous experience and the current demands of the given industry.

Perhaps for this reason, an increasing number of people looking to make a career change are returning to the classroom to help bridge the gap to a new career path. Both universities and colleges have options for continuing education that provide the necessary skills for entering a specific field.

The choice between university and college depends on what you are looking to get out of the experience: if you’re not looking to move up, but rather make the change into a new field, those who have done it would recommend enrolling in a college program as the way to go.

“Some may see it as taking a step backwards, but I think that it’s absolutely a step forward. You’re just learning new things that you can apply to everything, whether it be your next job or an interview,” says Meaghan Green, communication and events coordinator of varsity sports for Algonquin College’s Students’ Association, a position she was able to obtain with the knowledge and skills she gained from continuing education.

After completing a university degree, Green was unsatisfied with the job prospects in her chosen field. She decided to continue her education in a college classroom—a path that a growing number of post-grads and job-seekers are choosing. Driven by the current job market and the desire to acquire advanced skills that will lead to employment, Canadian colleges have seen a rise in enrolment among students who already have degrees. The percentage of college students who are university graduates increased by 10 percent in 2009-2010, according to the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario’s 2010–2011 Annual Report.

Those who go back to school are finding that the time spent retraining in a hands-on environment helps to connect them to the workforce. They leave well aware of the skills they possess and have a better understanding of the job market, according to Green.

Of course, there are benefits and risks that go along with the decision to go back to school. Career Options spoke with continuing education experts Carolyn Young, director of Continuing Studies at Western University, and Angelo Di Giorgio, career coach at Humber College and principal and managing director of careerdynamics.ca, as well as a group of continuing studies students attending various colleges throughout Ontario.

In discussing the pros and cons, everyone seemed to agree there are three main benefits as well as three areas of risk when it comes to retraining.

Benefits

Networking: Classmates are a great base for networking. Your coordinators, professors and fellow students may end up becoming leads for job opportunities, your colleagues or even your boss.

Perspective: “Retraining gives you a new outlook. It offers a fresh start and allows you to experience other interest areas that you haven’t explored yet, because of time constraints or work commitments,” says Di Giorgio.

Experience: CO spoke to Algonquin College students Rose Hack and Aimee Savard, who both emphasized that the co-ops and internships available within college programs were what attracted them, because many of their previous job interviews stressed work experience. Both of them landed summer jobs in their fields of study before completing their diploma, thanks to the connections they made through their placements.

Risks

Time: If your circumstances don’t offer you the luxury of free time, taking on a full course load may not be possible. Night or online classes may also be challenging to work into a schedule.

Money: If you don’t have the means to pay for the program up front, taking on an additional tuition loan can be a burden. Adding to your student debt must be carefully considered—will your continuing education studies lead to a job that will help you pay it off?

Energy: Going back to school means readjusting your routine, and sometimes taking on more commitments. Make sure that you have the energy to handle the extra work and time you’ll have to put in.

However, in the end, it seems the biggest risk is standing still.

Accessing all the advantages that come with getting back into the classroom is enough motivation to do more with your education and skill sets, says Young. “One of the things we notice about all of our students is they know that learning doesn’t stop at graduation anymore.”

If you are considering making the move toward retraining, there are four steps you should take:

Step One: Self-assess
Start by considering who you are, where you are in life, your interests and aptitudes. Look at your current role, your strengths and your values. Consider what you would like to do more of and what transferable skills you can carry forward.

Step Two: Identify gaps
Recognizing the gaps in your resumé can give you an idea of the training that would make you a well-rounded candidate in the current market. Understanding which skills you lack can be a challenge, but it will be rewarding when you use that knowledge to fit into a role tailored for you.

Step Three: Do some legwork
Go further than reading job descriptions or program outlines. Fully research the job options that are available, and talk to people in the industry by conducting information interviews. Find out which skills employers are looking for and ask which educational programs they recommend.

Step Four: Get assistance
If you’re currently employed, evaluate your employer’s options for educational assistance funding for professional development. Alternatively, look into government grants or accelerated programs available for those with pre-existing education or qualifications.

Retraining is great as long as you’ve done your homework. You can research and recognize the demand for a job, but if it’s not the right job for you, making the switch may not be to your advantage.

“Education is never lost, but if you are interested in landing a meaningful job, based on your fit, do your research and make sure that you are attending the right program,” says Di Giorgio.

Although going back to school does not guarantee employment, if your new skills are aligned with what the market needs and you are able to effectively communicate that to a potential employer, then employment is likely to happen sooner rather than later.

“Retraining can work—and I’m a proponent of lifelong learning—but at the same time there’s got to be a return on educational investment,” says Di Giorgio.

That return comes in the form of job satisfaction, he says: “Your rewards are limitless. The sense of fulfillment is there. If you align your personality, your interests, your skills and abilities and marry that with the labour market demand, the rewards are there.”

Transferable Skills Checklist

Some skills are relevant to all careers, and it’s important to mention these areas of strength when interviewing for a position. Try to relate your experience back to a group project, a previous exercise or time in your career when you applied these skills, to demonstrate to the interviewer your awareness of your own capabilities.for more info, check out avant career

Pemex Global gurgaon : Architect Vs. Draftsman: What's the Difference?

What Do Architects Do?

Architects design and build structures for others to live, work, eat, shop and worship in. These structures can include homes, schools, office buildings, rooms and complexes that are for indoor, outdoor, public or private use. In addition to being in charge of the overall aesthetics, architects must also make sure these structures are safe, functional and economical. Additionally, architects are often involved in every phase of construction projects, from initial planning to project completion.
Architects use computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) tools and software, as well as building information modeling (BIM), to create construction drawings. They must be sure that these drawings follow ordinances such as zoning laws, building codes and fire regulations. Architects must also make sure these structures are handicapped-accessible.

Architect Education Requirements

Architects need at least a bachelor's degree in architecture. Most earn a 5-year bachelor's degree. This degree is designed for students with no prior architectural training. Course topics in an architecture program might include CADD, architectural history, construction methods, math and technology. Architecture students are also expected to gain work experience via internships.
Additionally, all architects in the U.S. must be licensed. Eligibility for licensure includes earning a professional degree in architecture, completing an internship and passing the Architect Registration Examination. Licenses must also be periodically renewed by completing some form of continuing education, such as classes, conferences or workshops.

What Do Draftsmen Do?

Draftsmen, also called drafters, perform some of the same tasks as architects and often work with architects. Draftsmen, like architects, prepare CADD drawings. However, drafting can be applied to many other areas besides construction and architecture. Drafting can be used to create drawings of circuitry or mechanical designs. A draftsman's CADD drawings include technical details and specifications such as materials, dimensions and procedures. In addition to using CADD, draftsmen also use calculators, tables and technical handbooks.
The type of work a draftsman does depends on his or her area of expertise. For example, architectural drafters produce drawings for new construction projects. They may specialize in residential or commercial buildings or in the type of material used, such as steel, timber or reinforced concrete. Civil drafters prepare drawings for use in major civil engineering projects, such as highway and bridge construction, sewage systems and flood-control projects. Common drafting fields include aeronautics, electronics and architecture.

Draftsman Education Requirements

Employers prefer draftsmen with college training. Because training varies considerably among these schools, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) recommends that students check with employers to see which type of training they prefer prior to enrolling at any school. Certificates, diplomas or associate's degrees in drafting can be earned from technical institutes and community colleges. In some cases, drafting training can also be obtained in military service.

Salary Information

Architects tend to earn considerably more than draftsmen. In May 2014, architects, excluding landscape and naval, earned a median annual salary of $74,520, reported the BLS. Architects in the highest 10th percentile earned $121,910 or more per year.
Draftsmen salaries vary depending on specialty. According to BLS data, architectural drafters earned a median annual wage of $49,970 in May 2014. By contrast, electrical and electronics drafters earned a median income of $58,790 in the same period.

Extensive time is spent practice teaching in real classrooms under the supervision of experienced teachers.

Instructional coordinators design tests and oversee teacher and curriculum evaluation processes, then research new developments or techniques in educational theory to develop solutions to problems.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported that improvements to curricula and teacher performance could cause demand for instructional coordinators to rise in coming years. Principal

Principals are educational administrators for elementary or secondary schools. They make decisions, set long-term goals and create mission statements for schools. Assistant principals interact directly with more school staff and students than do principals. They coordinate maintenance workers, food service personnel and bus drivers to ensure smooth operations within the school. They hold students responsible for their behavior and educational efforts by administering disciplinary actions and providing counseling services. Today, it is a popular tourist destination, with visitors flocking to see its Ottoman architecture, courtyards and Muslim and Christian relics, even including the belongings of the Prophet Mohammed. The Harem is also quite popular, but costs extra. Audio tours are available.

How to decorate your garden in monsoon

It’s monsoon time and it is the best time to decorate and give a new look to your garden and balcony. Plants require special care during monsoon season.
In the monsoon season plantsneed special care to prevent them from damage and getting them destroyed. Although it is the best time for gardening and landscaping, but still few steps are required which need to be taken in order to prevent foliage. Due to excessive humidity and water, strong winds, and presence of too much salt in the air plants can be adversely affected.
Monsoon is the season for flowering shrub and fruit-bearing trees, Plants have an easing time after planting in this humidity and rainfall. Due to soft and moist ground, it is easy to turn and plants gets settle in without facing heat of summer. By following few steps and attention it is easier to plant all sizes of trees and shrubs.

Proper drainage
In the monsoon season, water logging should be taken care firstly. Flower beds must be raised little bit in order to ensure them from water logging. Before planting plants in pots, check the drainage holes by filling the water in pots, water should be drained out.
In order to encourage new plant growth, appearance of plants and overall shape, trim and prune the garden plants prior to monsoon. Ideal time would be in summer or pre-monsoon.
Landscaping Types
Divide the garden into soft and hard landscape. Hard landscapes consist of rocks and pathways whereas soft landscapes consist of trees, flowers, plants.
Soft landscapes require specialcare during monsoon. Due to excessive rain plants can be damaged. Trimming of plants should be done prior to monsoon, tie small shrubs with rope. Check the roots, because if they are not firmly rooted in the ground or pot than rain water can easily wash away the plants.
Lawn mower is really helpful in cutting grass in the garden. Cut the grass short and ensure if the grass is protected from excessive mud.
Plants require watering to grow and flourish. Rain water is the best water for them to grow as it is free of chlorine. Plants are rejuvenated from Rain water. Thus, in light showers keep the plants outside sheds atleast once a week.
In monsoon season, chances of plants getting infected with slugs and snails are very prominent. Thus it requires safeguarding. Small steps can help you preventing your plants from them. Just clear the dead or decaying leaves and wet garden trash. Copper wire twined around the pots. This gives a non-lethal shock and keeps snails and slugs away from plants. Some other alternatives are; crushed egg shells, ground coffee beans and wood ash around pots. A ring of Vaseline smeared on the pots also works.

Quick Ways To Sell a House

Every homeowner is looking for quick ways to sell a house. It is just a fact of life and to be expected. Of course, the real question is how you achieve your goal!
Quick Ways To Sell a House

Once you decide to sell your house, you want to move it quickly. That may sound like an assumption on my part, but I have yet to meet a seller who wanted to wait months and months before accepting an offer. Admittedly, they are probably out there, but you are not one.

So, let's cut to the chase with the following tips on quick ways to sell a house.

1. Don't worry about major upgrades. This can be expensive and time intensive. Worry about quick changes that will make major visual improvements. We are talking touch up paint and landscaping.

2. As moronic as it sounds, clean your house! And the garage! And the side of the house you haven't visited in a few years! And the closets! And the garage again! Have the carpets professionally cleaned. Heck, have the entire home professionally cleaned. You want to aim for the look of a model home in a new development.

3. If you have children, a battle may be required. I am talking about their rooms, the place where few parents are willing to tread. Posters on the wall come down. Now. Beds made, clothes in the hamper. Yes, the closets must even be organized. I fully realize this may sound like Mission Impossible IV, but it must be done. Threats and bribery are highly recommended to achieve the desired results!

4. If you have pets, they belong outside. No, I am not against pets. The issue is their hair on the carpet?the couch...and so on.

5. Smell is one of our senses that figure into our impressions more than we realize. If you are going to be showing the home, get flowers, candles or cook something mouthwatering before the potential buyer arrives.

The above represent common sense tips on quick ways to sell a house. They will help you close that deal, but there is one area that is the key to really moving a house quickly - the price.

The quickest way to sell a house is to list it below similar homes for sale in your area. It is that simple. Buyers are looking for a steal. Generally, this translates into buying the cheapest house on the block with the intention of upgrading it and reaping equity gains. Some get around to the upgrades, some do not. Regardless of the condition of your home, the key to moving it is price.

See, there are quick ways of selling a house. Most of the steps are based on common sense. As to setting a price, you want to be below the homes in your area. How far below depends on how quickly you want to move the property.

Vedic Astrology by Acharya Vinod Ji

Vedic Astrology is the study of positions of heavenly bodies like Sun, Moon, Mars etc. with respect to the zodiac and the interpretation of the effect of such heavenly bodies on the events in earth in the life of an individual or a country or the whole world. It is called Vedic Astrology, because the principles on which the study and interpretations are made were first enumerated in the 'Vedas' - the first treatise of ancient Hindu philosophy.

What is Zodiac?

What is Zodiac ? If we imagine a path in the sky at approximately 18 degrees arc in the width encircling the earth in an east west direction, groups of stars will appear to be apparently fixed with respect to earth along this imaginary path. There are 27 groups of stars in the path which are recognized by Vedic Astrology. These groups of stars in the imaginary path are called zodiac. This zodiac forms the reference for fixing up the position of any planet or star in the sky. Since this zodiac is encircling the earth it can be measured as 360 degrees, where these 27 groups of stars are evenly placed, hence each of them have a span of 360 degrees/27 = 13 degrees 20' arc.

What are Zodiac Signs or Rashis?

When the zodiac is divided into 12 equal parts each having a span of 30 degrees arc, then each of this arc is called a zodiac sign. A sign, therefore, will consist of 2 ¼ groups of stars. A particular group of stars called Ashwini, in the zodiac is considered the starting point of the zodiac and is called the star no.1. Similarly, there are individual name for the 26 group of stars. Ashwini(1), Bharini(2), Krittika(3) are the first three stars in the zodiac. As stated earlier, the first span of 30 degrees arc in the zodiac will consist of Ashwini, Bharini and ¼ of Krittika constitute the first zodiac sign called 'Aries'. The name of the remaining 11 zodiac signs after 'Aries' are : Taurus(2), Gemini(3), Cancer(4), Leo(5), Virgo(6), Libra(7), Scorpio(8), Sagittarius(9), Capricorn(10), Aquarius(11) and Pisces(12).

What are Heavenly Bodies?

Influencing the events on earth Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu all loosely termed as planets, appear to revolve around the earth continuously while always staying within the limits of zodiac. Vedic astrology in the ancient text had recognized these 9 entities. Out of which, the Sun is a star. Moon is the satellite of earth. Rahu and Ketu are two mathematical points on the zodiac and the rest are planets. Modern Vedic Astrologers also consider the effect of distant planets like Neptune, Uranus and Pluto.

What is an Ecliptic?

The apparent movement or path of the Sun along the zodiac is called the Ecliptic. The ecliptic passes through the center of zodiac and is inclined at an angle of 23 degrees and 28 minutes to the center of zodiac.

What are Rahu and Ketu?

Moon's apparent path around the earth intersects the ecliptic obliquely at two points called the 'Nodes'. The point where the Moon crosses the ecliptic from south to north is called the ascending node or 'Rahu' when it crosses the ecliptic from north to south is called the descending node or 'Ketu'. These 2 points are 6 zodiac signs or 180 degrees apart. The position of these two points with respect to zodiac signs are of equal importance to position of other planets with respect to zodiac sign in Vedic astrology. edic Astrology is the study of positions of heavenly bodies like Sun, Moon, Mars etc. with respect to the zodiac and the interpretation of the effect of such heavenly bodies on the events in earth in the life of an individual or a country or the whole world. It is called Vedic Astrology, because the principles on which the study and interpretations are made were first enumerated in the 'Vedas' - the first treatise of ancient Hindu philosophy.

By Guru Vinod Ji - IS ASTROLOGY A SCIENCE?

Is astrology a science? This is the most common question posed about astrology by both sets of people - the non-believers and the rationalists who claim that astrology is bogus and that it exploits the fear and insecurity of people. The believers of astrology and the astrologers themselves stoutly defend the stance that astrology is a precise science.

To my mind, both are wrong and both sets of people approach this question from a predefined mind set.
For nonbelievers, it is fashionable and politically correct to denounce any system of knowledge, which does not fit into the 19th century definition of materialism and physical science.

For astrologers, the mind set is that unless Astrology is a science, it is not respectable in today's world, and for believers, anything that is termed as science can be blindly believed or accepted.

The new millennium is called the age of Aquarius, and astrologers claim Aquarius is ruled by the planet Uranus. Uranus signifies new science and technology.

So in the age of Aquarius, I propose to examine this question in an objective fashion without any preconceived mindset.

The first question that comes to mind at this stage is, "What is the meaning and definition of science and astrology?"

According to Random House Dictionary, the definition of these two words are:

Science:
  1. A branch of knowledge or study dealing with a body of facts or truths systematically arranged and showing the operation of general laws.
  2. Mathematical Sciences - Systematic Knowledge of the physical or material world gained through observation and experimentation.
  3. Any of the branches of natural or physical science.
Astrology:
  1. A study that assumes and attempts to interpret the influence of heavenly bodies on human affairs.
As far as the definition of astrology is concerned, there is little reason for disagreement. However, the debate and dispute begins the moment astrologers start claiming that astrology is a science. Of the three definitions of science given above, I believe that definitions '2' and '3' are not applicable to astrology as it has evolved over the years and exists as of date.

Rationalists and nonbelievers argue that heavenly bodies cannot influence human affairs. On the other hand, astrologers, particularly Vedic astrologers, start with the assumption that the systematic body of knowledge, is in fact inspired by the Supreme Being himself. Hence, this is the absolute truth and cannot be questioned. They are God's words, which were passed on through generations by oral tradition and were first documented and classified by sages like Parashar (Astrology is part of Vedas and that is why it is called Vedangas).
